HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?


Orders may be placed on the website or by phone at 978-649-6201.

If you would prefer to place your order by phone, a Bel-Metric sales representative would be happy to assist you during our business hours: Monday-Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm (EST).

Order fulfillment preference is given to orders placed on the website.

CAN I VISIT BELMETRIC FOR COUNTER SERVICE


No. We are concentrating on putting our products on the web through Bel-Metric.com as an alternative to in person sales. Our Tyngsboro, Massachusetts location does not have a counter to service walk-in customers. You must place your order on belmetric.com and select "store pick" up before arriving to the warehouse.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?


We ship Monday to Friday. Closed weekends.

All orders must be received by 2:30pm eastern standard time (Monday - Friday) in order to be shipped that same day. Orders are subject to available inventory.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?


Bel-Metric offers flat rate shipping for $7.99 to destinations within the lower 48 states as well as free shipping for domestic orders over $99. Please see below for information pertaining to international shipping. Free shipping does not apply to international orders, though flat rate shipping is available to some countries for orders under 10oz. The website will automatically present this option at checkout if your order is eligible.

For domestic customers using flat rate or free shipping options, Bel-Metric reserves the right to choose either USPS or UPS GROUND or FEDEX GROUND to ship your package. In most instances, orders weighing over 15oz will ship via USPS Priority and orders weighing under 15oz ship via USPS First Class.

Bel–Metric also offers the following shipping options at an additional cost, which can be selected during checkout:

Bel-Metric charges UPS & FEDEX shipping rates plus a $1.50 handling charge. We calculate the weight of your order and use your zip code to get a shipping cost directly from UPS.

UPS charges a $9 surcharge for delivery attempts to an incorrect address. We reserve the right to pass this charge on to customers who supply an incorrect address.

WILL BELMETRIC.COM SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS?


Belmetric.com is happy to ship to international destinations.

International shipment pricing is provided on the website when an address is entered either in the first phase of checkout or on the shopping cart page. We are not able to provide international shipping quotes via email. Free shipping is not available for international orders. In some instances, the website will offer a $7.99 budget international USPS First Class Mail shipping option for orders under 12 ounces. If you choose this option, your order will be shipped immediately, though please be aware that this method of shipment can take 2-3 weeks to deliver.

All International buyers purchasing via belmetric.com and Paypal invoice are responsible for import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges. These charges are determined by your countries customs office and are your responsibility. Bel-Metric, Inc. completes customs forms per US Import / Export regulations and will not mark items with incorrect values, as gifts or with any other classification than merchandise. Should customs procedures cause delays in shipping lead time (normally 6-10 business days), Bel-Metric is not responsible for the additional shipping time or return freight costs.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?


When your order is shipped you will be sent an e-mail with the tracking number to let you know the order is on its way.

To track your order, visit UPS.com, USPS.com or Fedex.com, choose "tracking", then enter your tracking number in the field provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Your tracking results may not be available for up to 24hrs.

If for any reason you do not receive a tracking e-mail from belmetric.com, please feel free to call us at 978-649-6201 to check the status of your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?


99% of the time, your order will be shipped the SAME DAY you place it (if submitted by 2:30pm EST). You will be notified via phone or email if there are any delays in the fulfillment of your order.

CAN I SHIP TO AN APO OR FPO ADDRESS?


We do ship to military APO and FPO addresses, but your order must be placed over the phone.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or you may return the product for a full refund, not including shipping.

You must report any damages, errors, shortages, etc. within 20 days from receipt of the product. Returns are not accepted after 90 days.

If the return is due to customer error there will be a 20% restocking fee. All goods must be returned in the original carton and must not be used or altered in any way.

DISCOUNTS & MINIMUM ORDERS


Bel-Metric offers QUANTITY discounts as displayed within each individual item’s shopping page. There is no minimum order or quantity.
